Maturity Model

SafeMINDed® Mental Health Accreditation uses a maturity model that is designed to grow with your workplace/organisation. Mental health professionals will collaborate with your workplace during the accreditation process to move from identifying risks within your workplace to assisting you in analysing professional practice gaps, identifying trends, developing, and adapting current policies, reflecting cultural sensitivity, taking ownership at all levels of the organisation, and eventually developing new ways of thinking and demonstrating leadership in your sector. The diagram below gives you some examples of each level in the maturity model and what is expected in moving from reporting (level 1) to innovating (level 5).
